Why this step works:
If broccoli is a SUPER FOOD, then broccoli sprouts are an INCREDIBLE FOOD!
This is because they supercharge the body's ability to fight free radicals; harmful substances we are all exposed to every day, either as a result of bodily processes such as energy production, through toxins or even cooking methods such as char-grilling.
Imagine a very bouncy ball out of control on a squash court, yet the walls are fragile and with every strike, the ball causes damage.
